Come and join us for an exclusive virtual event, where we’ve teamed up with Truffle Shuffle and Spectrum Community Services—Meals on Wheels to not only celebrate the culinary delights of the season but also embrace the spirit of giving back to our community. During this event, you’ll have the chance to discover the art of hand-crafting Pumpkin Spice Gnocchi and savor our award-winning Nina’s Cuvee Petite Sirah, an experience that will truly bring the essence of fall to life in your kitchen. While you cook and sip the very best of autumn, our Winemaker, James Foster, and Heidi Rasmussen will be joining us to share the latest harvest and estate updates. 

Concannon has always been committed to giving back to our community, and we are honored to collaborate with Spectrum Community Services—the local Meals on Wheels provider for the Tri-Valley for this event. Last year, Spectrum served 155,000 healthy meals to our homebound senior neighbors who rely on this program to remain safe and healthy in their own homes. During this event, there will be an opportunity for you to make a difference by helping to “Fund a Meal” and make a donation to support local seniors.

Fresh Ricotta Gnocchi with Pumpkin Sage Sauce and Truffle Carpaccio 

This dish features soft and delicate pumpkin spice-infused gnocchi. The gnocchi are roasted to perfection, resulting in a slightly crispy exterior while maintaining their tender, pillowy interior. The pumpkin spice infusion imparts a warm, aromatic character, combining notes of nutmeg, cinnamon, and cloves. These flavors harmonize beautifully with the earthy and slightly sweet essence of the pumpkin, creating a delightful fusion of seasonal comfort.

•     This kit, including wine + ingredients, is not available for pick-up.
•     Join us LIVE at 4PM PT on Sunday, October 29th.
•     The ingredients and Zoom link will be delivered 48 hours prior to the event.
•     Your “ticket” to the event will include a shipment of Nina’s Cuvee Petite Sirah, as well as a kit sent directly from Truffle Shuffle which will include all ingredients needed.
